"Warm greeting on arrival. Staff was very graceful, polite and professional. Food was amazing and good selection and chef came out to ask about the food he prepared 😋 great touch. Breakfast was lovely but too crowded as what I would call was a team building day, but was offered a lovely alternative outside on the courtyard. Really helpful staff."

"Staff were helpful room cleaners need improving bathroom is ot dated there is no connection for universal sockets in the room couldn't charge my phone when we ask for a adapter the hotel staff couldn't provide one Breakfast was very good, hotel is in good location. Will I stay there again may be if the price of the room is right."

"The hotel is sooo dirty and bad i left after 1 night. I wouldnt even keep my dog in a hotel that disgusting. And the receptionist had to ask his boss if i was allowed to checkout. What nonsense. Hotels dot com you need to review this hotel its nothing like the pictures."

"When we arrived at the premises, the staff at the reception was not aware of our pre-paid booking even though we had called the hotel just an hour before the arrival. The staff had to contact a few people then only we were allowed to check in. There were no reasonable transport service available with the hotel. There was only one filthy washroom in a twin double bed room booked for 4 people. We had informed the staff beforehand that we will be checking out at 5:30 in the morning, but...
