"Good location 5 min walk to shopping center with 3 coffee shops and few restaurants. Pillows were little too firm. Mattress firm the way i prefer. Hot water dispencer in hall on each floor. Fan keeps room cool at night with the cool to cold night temperatures outside. Very basic hotel with all you need for short stay."

"Douglas was very responsive and provided detailed instructions for check-in. Property managers were also friendly. Was surprised at the condition of the unit based on the photos though. Could’ve used some renos with marks on walls, discoloured grout, bedroom door with a rip, worn living room cushions, iron with burnt residue that transferred to our clothes, and loft bed’s floor boards were straining when you step on them. "Our room was noisy because it’s directly above the restaurant. Parking was hard to find. But everything is very near. Have Mr DIY, Speedmart99"

"Location, not easy to find due to google maps leading to a different resort. Needs better directions. Bed sheets have stains , not clean. Toilet & bathroom clean. "

"Staff wasn't good in manner. Wifi provided was fake, totally couldn't use. No towels and shampoo at all, end up went out to buy purposely. The most funniest thing was, after check out the staff called and asked whether we took the towel. Luckily just stayed one night, and will nvr return again."

"I'm not picky when it comes to where I stay, I only really require a decent-ish bed and a clean a bathroom. This hotel failed on pretty much every count. I didn't expect a luxury hotel but I had thought for the price we'd be getting a clean room. To start with looks much dingier than the photos, which is something I always expect but not nearly to this degree. The room had not been cleaned before hand as the bathroom was disgusting and the shower had what looked like it poop in the drain. ...
