The staff was very kind enough to send email me to make sure my arrival time and waited till my check in even he worked 1 hour extra. Still very friendly with smile. And gave great local information. Great hotel in a great location. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant with the exception of the pool attendant on the top floor who was quite rude.
