"Like the location, great beach access and food at Coconut Charlie’s. Disliked Breakfast choices, too many pastry and bread choices; juice machine had only one type of juice. Canadian slices of ham were cold like they were just dumped in the pan. "

"The beach view was amazing! We stayed on the 4th floor, with no elevator which was fine and expected. The pool was clean. The staff was friendly. There is an area to clean all of the sand off of you after you were done with the beach. The kitchenette had a full sized oven which was great and all pots and pans were provided."

"The location is great. Parking is easy and secure. The beach is a 30 minute walk at least I walked it so I know for sure they do have a beach shuttle and parking is fairly easy at the beach as well. Two dollars an hour. The staff seem short staffed with housekeeping. Make sure to ask early in the morning because they’re busy but they get it done. All of the staff at the desk are nice and patient. Great time will visit again.! thank you"

"Terrible no sheets on pull out couch and no staff on duty to get any. Door to balcony broken. Soap dispenser empty. Loud banging and screaming all night long. Would definitely not recommend. Would rather pay a little extra for a quality comfortable stay. "

"The food was ok. The pool could have been slightly warmer but it was fun. The room was not the cleanest and there was a few bugs that grossed me out but they came and sprayed right away and bleached and cleaned the room while we were out. The view is amazing and most of the staff were amazing. "

"There is MAJOR renovations happening so things are tore apart and no pool available. We did have a renovated room and it was CLEAN AND FABULOUS! Comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was not bad at all for having to work around renovations. "

However, during breakfast, I was asked to remove my small puppy, who was very young and quietly staying inside my bag, after another guest mentioned having allergies. I understand the concern, but this situation was disappointing, as it contradicted my expectations of a pet-friendly environment. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome having my pet with me...
