"Although we just stayed one night, we got a good impression of the hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfy. Had a coffee pot in the room but liked being able to go down stairs and get a fresh ground cup of coffee whenever I wanted to for free! Snacks for a fee were available too. The location is not on the beach but it isn't far and was close to many other places including Pier Park. Would stay here again!"

"Hospitality and Food was awesome. Our ice machine was not working on our floor for a few days. The view was beautiful as we had the gulf to look at. Coconut Charles was great. I would say a tad expensive but overall reasonable."

"Room was a little dirty. Gold fish crackers on floor and a whole lash strip in the bathroom floor. Beds very uncomfortable. But for a quick hotel night , it was fine. Breakfast was the absolute best, and the day time staff."

"The location is great and good amenities Bk was good and good verities We had an issue with our refrigerator We could not get one that work and the last one we got after three attempts was freezing everything in it we were told this the only one available In the end we decide to go without the refrigerator which was kind of struggling . "If you have a chance - book this hotel for at least 2 days. The amenities are top notch - but with check in at 4oclock - and check out at 11 - if you stay only one day, you really don't get to utilize them at all. The room was clean and well maintained. The troubling thing was the sliding barn door to the bathroom - how does this afford privacy when it is aiming towards the bedroom??? I think this was a miss on how the room was designed. We did love the walk out patio to the pool - and...

"The room was great and worth the price. The only negative thing I have to say is that the tub needed to be cleaned other than that everything was great. The free laundry was definitely a plus. The front desk staff was beyond amazing!"

"The room was in nice clean shape and room was cool when we got there. It was well worth the money. Would highly recommend and will stay again. Even though it’s ocean view and not beach front, the view was amazing still. We loved it. Our car did get hit in the parking garage, but that’s a risk you take anywhere I suppose."
