Staff were really pleasant and were not an issue. The room and hotel is massively outdated and not worth the money it is sold for. Yes good selection from Bar however some staff need to smile a bit often i feel they are there on sufference. My room was excellent however cold due to heaters on timers. Windows where absolutely filthy. On a positive note, front facing reception staff where excellent particularly Charlotte
