"The peoperty is in a great location, check in and check out were completely hassle free. The property itself was rwally clean, comfortable and had absolutely everything you need. The washing machine was a godsend for a beach location like Cornwall. Would definitely recommend, especially for families with small children."

"Great all round. Villa 12 was nice and spacious. Unusually the bedrooms are on the ground floor and upsrairs the living area. Location is good. Walkable into newquay centre in about 20 minutes. Discounted breakfast each morning for residents is a nice touch. Staff all friendly and if we returned to cornwall would definitely stay here again. "

No problems getting in. We had been allocated a dog friendly apartment at the back of building on ground floor. Sadly, no view of the beach but we did find it quiet and well suited to our needs. "This was our first time visiting Cornwall, and we were looking forward to a relaxing couple of days with the family. Unfortunately, the accommodation left much to be desired. Finding the cottage was challenging as the directions provided were unclear. We ended up having to stop and ask locals for guidance before finally locating it. The cottage itself was pleasant in some ways — we loved the beach-themed décor, and there was a generous selection of books, games, DVDs, and CDs for us to enjoy....

"Great place for 4 to stay in Cornwall. Kitchen is well-equipped and clean, beds are as advertised. The villlage is this nice little place around a huge sandy beach, which you can reach by foot from anywhere in the village. All in all, we really liked this place. "

"This property is truly a gem and so is the little town of Charleston. The Studio is immaculately maintained and comfortable - you can feel the owners’ love and effort put into maintaining it, which is so rare to come by these days.
