"The staff were absolutely excellent- friendly, professional and went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was also very good - breakfast and dinner. Wide range of choices cooked and presented excellently. Would definitely stay again - highly recommended."

"Smooth check in by friendly informative staff . Hotel room was great , with a lovely harbour view . Sadly the hotel was having some external work done so there was a lot of scaffolding up around the building that slightly spoiled the experience. No hairdryer in room a little disappointing. Buffet breakfast superb choices . Waiting staff wonderful Evening meal delicious- sadly no view from restaurant due to scaffolding. Afternoon tea also excellent! All in all a wonderful stay ."

"Room was clean and comfortable, staff are friendly and attentive. Ideal if you’re looking for a quiet stay. We had a third floor room with balcony which was peaceful and had an amazing view. It was a heatwave whilst there and very uncomfortable in the room at night. This issue isn’t comfined to this hotel as most hotels don’t have air conditioning. A fan was provided and water available when requested. We cannot fault the efforts made by all staff to ensure we had a pleasant stay."

"Spotlessly clean hotel , the staff were super friendly and helpful , the amenities are excellent ideal for families and couples alike , the pool area was brilliant for kids and adults , a fully equipped gym on site too , our trip included an excellent buffet hot and cold breakfast which was great , plus the other food in the main restaurant the al a carte and American diner were also great and none of which was over priced , you can sign up for a hotel card on arrival and that will give you an extra 10% of all your food and drink , there is also a kids club and entertainment on every night run by some really excellent staff very entertaining, each evening there were different acts plus quizzes bingo and music , all in all an excellent choice for a break in Jersey when we re-visit the island we will be staying there"

"We stayed in Room 12, superb view of the beach and lido / sea pool. Spacious room, which was serviced daily. The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was very fresh. Highly recommend"

"We think that this is a really nice hotel. The food in the bar was excellent. It’s in a good location for exploring St Helier and beyond. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had great room with lots of windows which was great but we stayed during a very hot spell of weather. The fan in the room was totally inadequate, we did ask for and were given another fan. From talking to another guest we became aware that there is a sister hotel with shared facilities. It would have been good to be told this on arrival. The rooms on the front of the hotel open on to the road which was busy morning and evening times. I would stay here again"
