"We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. "The pool is by far the best I visited. The upper pool is large. Perfect Temp has easy steps and no children. The lower pool is for kids but it is far enough away you can't hear them.
The beach is private, clean large and unobstructed views.
Staff at noth the pool and beach provide towels and will serve refreshments."

"There were unexpected charges related to the age of my children. I booked for two adults and two children but had to pay £230 extra for my oldest child upon arrival. Hotel subsequently realised that the charge was not entirely correct but only partially compensated me.
The breakfast was excellent and the service at the breakfast was wonderful. However service at the restaurant during the dinners was less good.
Hotel prices for the wine are not reasonable. More than £40 for a bottle of local...
