"The 2 balconies overlooking the ocean were wonderful, comfortable chairs and hot tub. We spent many hours on the patio listening to the waves and watching the ships and locals swimming. Walking distance to Oistins was nice. Most of the staff was very friendly, Andreah, the bartender really made our stay special - he remembered our drinks, suggested cool things to do, see and eat. The air conditioner was very loud, the shower water temp was hard to control, the hallways and elevator need some updating and cleaning. Food was really good, especially the ala cart dinners, 4 stars."

"I would like to recognize Tanya at the front desk for the exceptional service she provided during my stay. From the moment I arrived, Tanya made me feel genuinely welcomed. She helped me arrange an additional room and handled the entire process with professionalism, efficiency, and kindness, making what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. What truly stood out was that her excellent service didn’t end at check-in. She personally accompanied me to my room to ensure I found it without any issues and took the time to make sure everything was in order. It’s those thoughtful touches that transform good customer service into an exceptional guest experience. Throughout every interaction, Tanya was patient, personable, and genuinely committed to making sure I had everything I needed. She went above and beyond in ways that made I feel valued as a guest, and her warmth and professionalism set the tone for a wonderful stay. Employees like Tanya are the reason guests return. "Beautiful resort. You can tell it’s been remodeled and it’s nice to have nice new things. Barely full when we went but felt like we had the resort to ourselves and got plenty of attention and love. Not much entertainment but the right people and drinks kept us entertained."

"Hotel staff was nice and hotel was clean. They addressed any issues we may have had immediately. Most rooms are two twin beds. If looking for a king bed that is not to beds pushed together be specific about it. Room had a nice balcony view of the ocean where you can hear the waves crashing against the rocks. No direct beach access due to high tide. Great coffee spot across the street The Cake Lady. Harlequins is a fantastic option for dinner along with a few other near by spots. Take a nice walk to towards the right of the hotel an you will find Happy days for breakfast along with a beach nearby. Be ready because Friday and Saturday nights Sharkies across the street is full of festivities."

"I loved my stay at Waves. It’s unlike other all inclusives that I have been at because it’s more small and feels more intimate. The staff is incredible and always helpful. There are water sports included in your stay too - highly recommend the water tubing! I would absolutely come again"
