Clean room, staff superb especially Lindsey the receptionist when we arrived, she couldn’t have been more helpful. Good breakfast and easy access to most areas.
Had a very enjoyable one night stay. Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Room was spacious very well appointed and clean.
Sorry we could only stay the one night and definitely will stay again the next time I'm in St Helens.
Beautiful views and was a great base for exploring the east coast. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, and the restaurant had a good variety of options available. Only down side was that walls were quite thin and could be a little noisy at times, but otherwise a fantastic stay!

Very friendly staff, good breakfast in the restaurant, nice amenities (outdoor pool/indoor pool, gym)
Nice big complex and great size room with a view of the lagoon.
Unfortunate strong chemical cleaning smell we had to open the ranch sliders to air it out, fine after that.
It is a very nice clean hotel. Room was large and very clean. Bed and pillows were not comfortable and should be replaced.
Restaurant food was very good.

We had an awesome view of the lake and the beautiful birdife from the clean room. They promoted bathrobes on the website, but no longer have them. Sunday afternoon drinks in the sunfilled deck listening to Tim Busby was fun. It was a short 10 minute drive to Billabong Bay, which was spectacular.
Lovely place to stay. Great location and great restaurant. Had twin room which was clean. Beds needed underlay, but i know the king bed our friends had in their room was much more comfortable. Restaurant had good food and reasonably priced. Lovely receptionist at check in offered us an accesses room due to my cousin's Parkinsons distaste which we didn't take, but appreciated offer!
