"Great walkable area not far from the harbour, shops, restaurants. Staff was wonderful. Our only complaint was getting from the train from St Erth into St Ives. I wish there was some type of warning from the hotel. No lift from incoming train over to St Ives platform with luggage was no fun then getting the luggage from the train up to the hotel was very difficult. Take a cab from St Erth to the hotel if you have more than hand luggage."

"The rooms were very clean and cosy ,lovely big bathroom and good sea views. The hosts were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. A lovely cooked to order breakfast was served each morning . Property was in a quiet road close to train station,bus stop and a short walk to Carbis bay.Truly wonderful stay. Many thanks , Janet and Richard."

"Hosts Jan and Peter were fab and made you feel at home straight away. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean with kettle, tea and coffee. The fridge was replenished every day with water, milk fruit juice and other breakfast items. Beechwood house is ideally positioned for bus and train into St Ives with some local restaurants locally. We will be definitely returning in the future."

"Nice area to stay if you want to be close to carbis bay beach and st. ives. Excellent bed and bedding, we enjoyed the countryside view, end quietness. although the cows woke us up one morning 😊. More than helpful Lorena responded very quickly and sufficiently. Hairdryer was one love. There was no hob which I needed, but maybe it’s ok as if someone will fry meal the room could get sticky with fat 😅 Good value for money. We can return. Highly recommended. "

"Super stay at the Hotel Boskerris. The hotel was modern, clean and beautiful. My room always nice and cool despite warm midday weather. The balcony looks on the bay so sunset cocktails really special. Easy access to public transport for non-drivers like me. Would highly recommend this property. "

"Room view is excellent but room 301 is so hot that I found difficult to fall asleep. It is better if I cant open the window wider and let cool and fresh air into the room to decrease the room tempereture and increase the comfort of residents."
