"Staff greeted as soon as we walked in. Check in was a smooth transaction. Love the room and housekeeping kept our room clean everyday. Always stay at this hotel when I come to visit family! "

"The room was clean and a bit updated. Very comfy bed. It was so nice to see a wonderful friendly face at check-in This has been my goto spot to stay for a couple of years now and things have been getting changed for the better."

"There was no was to heat water for tea or coffee. The "complementary breakfast" was in the office: coffee and a granola bar. The evening I arrived the rug by the bed was wet. The place was clean but not in any way welcoming."

"The room was nice, and the kitchen was fine, but I got food poisoning from eating the food served by the hotel. I am certain of this because I only ate hotel food the day I got sick and the day before I got sick. My husband also had food poisoning the day after we arrived, though I am not certain that it was due to food prepared by the hotel. Needless to say, the fact that each of us was sick for 3 days negates any of the pisitive attributes of the hotel for us and we will most certainly never stay there again. "

"First room - no AC. Temperature was 82 degrees. Went down to the desk and they said they'd send maintanace. After half an hour, followed up with a call and was told they had quite a few maintanace issues ahead of ours. Eventually transferred to a second room where the AC did not work, but at least the temperature in the room was 72 degrees. TV did not work. No hot water in the shower. Was scheduled for two nights, but left after one. This was unreal."
