The hotel is recently refurbished and in really good condition.
The breakfast is not brilliant - no hot choices like other hotels, and no bread for a piece of toast, only bagels. They did have a yoghurt machine though, with toppings, which was quite nice.

Noise was an issue for me. My room had a connecting door and you could clearly hear noises from the adjoining room. Also noise from footsteps from the room above was issue. The windows are not well soundproofed either; my room overlooked the freeway at the rear of the property and the noise of traffic was a nuisance at times.
The coffee maker needed a thorough clean; the water receptacle looked most unpleasant inside. The room itself was comfortable.
