"I had been to the Museum of WI Art in West Bend, so had heard of this hotel as a sort of annex. I came to hear a concert at the Pabst Theater. I was so tickled on a rainy day to learn that both the hotel and theater were in the same large complex. I had dinner at a Chinese restaurant on Wells Street, wandered around the complex to see all of the art, then was able to leisurely walk back to my room after the concert. This morning I returned to the 2nd floor for breakfast with my coupon. When I left the parking ramp, I had both an image on my phone to show I had paid as well as could enter my phone number to have the arm lift for me."

"Everything was clean and the breakfast was good. We did not use the pool or other facilities. We did not have the address for the city lot that is connected to the hotel. We found other parking. The lighting in the room was inadequate and there weren’t many outlets. Overall it was a good stay in downtown for the price"

"Everything about this stay was great except the bed. I was supposed to get 2 queen beds and they were full size beds so it was a little tight. Besides that, the breakfast and kickback dinner was amazing, The pool and hot tub was great for the kids as well. The location was nice as well."
