"We usually love staying at Embassy suites however this location significantly let us down. Staff were not very helpful and check in process/reception took a very long time. Atmosphere was much more chaotic than we are used to with non-stop noise coming in through the walls into the room. "

"The privacy deadbolt didn’t work. The toilet never stopped running and had a rust stain down the back. A $25 fee is charged for a pet. I’m not sure what that goes toward. There is no refrigerator. Ice machine is not on the main floor."

"Our room was clean but the shower was in poor condition and not clean. The water at the bathroom sink did not drain. The air condition was wonderful and the mattress were extremely comfortable. There are chairs outside the room with a table and ashtray, we did not use them but there were too many people sitting outside our room smoking which freaked me out. "

Breakfast the usual mediocre fare but one could find healthy items such as hard boiled egg, apples and oranges. Plain Cheerios would be nicer than tasteless sugary cereals."

"Very nice property, nice location right on the beach, safe, walkable to surf shop and restaurants and Dairy Queen for dessert. Nice pool area and beach access. Did not eat at restaurant but did purchase a few items from the gift store. Pool looked modern and clean. Would recommend to others and stay again."

"First off, the staff was very rude. No one spoke English at all, and they all had attitudes the middle of the day. There’s nobody at the front desk when you scream and ring the bell. Nobody answers there is ice buckets in every room, but no ice machine horrible the worst place I have ever seen."

"Hotel was very good clean and well maintained. Beach felt a bit further than expected and area is kind of quiet with shops. Things seem to close early. Valet parking was required but there was ample space in the garage that it should not have been needed. Made it more expensive when you included tips. Hotel next door had amply parking and was over $10 cheaper per night. "
