He wasn’t fixed something I already knew so she switched my room !! The day I checked out some guy was being assorted out & arrested by the warrant squad for prostitution, some girl was standing by the elevator in lingerie smh "

"At check in was told my expedia booking did not include breakfast. This was disappointing as I had chosen this hotel anticipating breakfast. The kitchen had no kitchenware so while nice to have on a trip, somewhat useless. The suite was large, clean and comfortable. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. "

"This is one of the best airport hotels I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in a lot in NYC by both JFK and LGA. There’s 24-hour shuttle that runs every 30 min to and from JFK. Give yourself time because you need to get on the shuttle, and the shuttle takes 10-20 min to drive to the airport, and once at airport, walk to the Airtrain and ride it back into the airport which takes like 45-50 min. "The hotel's facade isn't very impressive, but the front desk service was exceptional. My flight was delayed, and I didn't arrive at the hotel until 11:40 PM.
