My bathroom light wasn’t working when I called reception to tell them about it I was charged, I was also charged for using Wi-Fi even though I signed up for their membership program. Towels and linen were less than spotless, I found a few hairs that weren’t mine. Very impersonal, I won’t be visiting again."

"Great location. Nice touches like filtered water stations throughout the hotel. Staff were excellent! The only thing missing for me was a pool. There was also an apple station near our elevator. We enjoyed a post concert drink in the bar and the staff were awesome!"

The property seemed a bit dated, but was clean and functional. The suite was roomy with 2 double beds, a separate living area with a pull out couch, microwave and fridge and pod coffee machine. "The hotel was very clean and conveniently located. The one thing we didn't like was the size of the room. The room was listed as "1 queen bed (Queen Swanky). The bed in the room was definitely NOT a queen, it was a double size. When I mentioned this at the front desk the manager told me that was indeed a queen size "for their hotel".
