"the inn was in a lovely area with pretty views of the water. Rooms were very comfortable and well decorated. The restaurant had a great menu and there are other nice restaurants nearby. the staff was very accomodating, Overall five stars!"

"Didn't get to meet any staff personally, but the response to messages was prompt and friendly. Room was clean with little extras like swan towel and a welcome tray and parking was close to front door and set aside specifically for the guests. The only drawbacks some ppl might have, would be a shared kitchen and the stairs to get to rooms, but even I have had double knee replacement and was able to do them pretty easily, just taking my time. And we didn't mind the shared kitchen, it was stocked...

"The staff were great my only complaints are the room had stained carpet rooms 311/313 and the shower tub faucet would leak when the shower is on resulting in no pressure. Otherwise the staff was great, the hotel needs a well needed update. Get rid of the carpet please"

"My friends and I just had the most incredible weekend stay at The Roxy Hotel. Character meets extraordinary comfort as you will sleep sound as a pound in this safe, beautiful town with shops walking distance and the best little coffeehouse/bakery. We had top notch customer care. Upgrades. We will definitely spread the word and be back next year! Two solid thumbs up. "

"It was a beautiful place and the staff was so helpful and sweet. Would definitely recommend staying here. And if we ever have to go back up to Canton will stay again. And was so close to the SUNY Canton campus. Was very convenient."

"This hotel was in convient location . We needed a place to stay while family member was in hospital. Room was clean, beds very confortable . Only complaints, #1 doors were very loud when closed. So you heard them off/on three the night. #2 included breakfast was probably the most unappealing selection compared to most hotels"

"It honestly served its purpose for what we were looking for which is a room to rest our heads at night with heat, a bathroom, and a shower. We spent our entire day out fishing so we did not need somewhere to stay that required to entertain us. My only wish would be a microwave in the room, but there is a microwave available for use in the main room. My only complaint was the propane bottle was empty when looking to use the grill, and staff was called and problem reported but no call back was...
