"This is my second time at this hotel when I say the reception team all staff at the door the restaurant are amazing and so helpful in every way, though out the day they do everything to make all guest happy, iv never been to a hotel and had treatment like this. If booking this hotel make sure to book with breakfast can’t be missed better then all breakfast from outside it caters for all need and allergies. Location is fantastic walking distance to Taksim square and all metro and busses "

"It is a nice property but they really need to sort their central heating as you cant change the setting and in the night the temperature goes up to 27 degrees. Not a single night I had a pleasant sleep!!!"

The location was very central and within walking distance to shops and restaurants and major sites like Hagia Sophia Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Topkapı Palace, and Grand Bazaar. "Great 10 night stay. Breakfast was worth it - better than what we could find outside the hotel. Room was nice and clean. Location is perfect. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make it a great visit. Our special thanks to Emrah, the reservations manager and Taha at reception for all their efforts. Would definitely stay again!"

"I booked Bosphorus Suite, Lounge Access and view was spectacular however nothing worked, charger pot and coffee machine not working. Iron not working. Safe not working, jetted tub average. They would take ages to send technicians who cant speak English. Maid came in my room when i was in bathroom in the first hr! Spa lady was rude and ruined my birthday. Definitely wont book this hotel but i liked the manager who looked at cctv footage and agreed with me. However no apology at all. Next day spa lady was polite but acted like nothing happened. I was very polite. The room was not as advertised. Lounge access is poor not worth it at all. Breakfast was nice in Lobby, better than lounge. Location is excellent. Bell boys excellent. I got no special check in which was advertised in the room! "
