Outstanding Hotel and amenities door men and breakfast staff can't do enough for you. The reception team are not quite as good! However, we had an amazing stay.

Moxy Chester
The location is perfect. Very easy to walk into the centre and with plenty of amenities nearby. The staff are excellent. Very friendly and happy to help. New hotel so modern, light and comfortable rooms.

The Queen at Chester Hotel, BW Premier Collection
Our stay at the queens was most enjoyable the room was spacious, clean with T/coffee making facilities in the room, lovely pillow, comfortable bed . Plenty of mirrors spacious bathroom.
