"Pan Pacific hotel was convenient for getting on our scheduled cruise. It was very pricey for what we got. Shower was nice with the rain like sprinkler head, but to get hot water was a chore, therefore, it was a luke warm shower. For the price I paid for 2 rooms, it should've included dinner. The breakfast buffet was very nice."

"The hotel public areas were not particularly clean and there was garbage left in the room under the beds. The room was hot and we did not have the ability to move the air conditioner below 21. The windows weren’t able to be opened making it stuffy and humid"

"Pretty terrible and prob wouldn’t recommend at least for the price I paid. I paid a luxury hotel price per night on the room, the room was mediocre, it provided basically very little utility (no bottled water, no flip flop). The bedding was bad. Mattress feels crushed on one side. Air condition was terrible and loud. There’s no daily cleaning service, it honestly feels like a nicer motel than a proper hotel. I booked for three nights and ended up check out after 2nd night and booked elsewhere."

"The thermostat didn’t work in my room. It stayed at 77 degrees Fahrenheit my entire stay. I disclosed this to the lobby desk. Do not put thermostats in rooms if they do not work. I was charged an additional fee of $36.25 that was not disclosed to me after paying top price for my room. Please issue me a a credit for these reasons. I expect to see a credit for the $36.25 and a 10% discount on my entire stay for the thermostat not working."
