Hence, this is more of a criticism of the platform hotels.com because we received an email that said the booking is confirmed and only much further down the email in small print did it notify that we needed to contact the property 24 hours in advance to make arrangements for access to property. "It’s a really cute property with outside sitting areas. The curtains let in all of the hot sun. It was about 85 degrees in the room. No A/C. The bathroom doesn’t have a shelf, a towel rod or a hook or a counter to set a towel or anything. There’s an area outside the bathroom you have to set your towel and toiletries on and go in and out of the bathroom. Nice breakfast in the morning."
