However, after the booking was confirmed, I received a call from the property stating that the booking had been opened erroneously due to a system glitch and that the stay was not actually available. I was then advised that an alternate option would be provided. Unfortunately, the alternate accommodation offered was completely unacceptable and nowhere close to what was originally booked: The alternate stay was a basic 2 BHK home,...

"This property has an excellent view of nearby tea plantation, has good parking space once we drove up the steep ramp. However, the rooms were not ready even 2 hours after the scheduled arrival time. The staff were cleaning rooms; with beds from multiple rooms in corridors; unclean bathrooms, broken bathroom door. Overall, it felt like not managed by professionals."
