"Beautiful building but lack of attention to detail. Upon arrival in spa, went to make a cup of hot tea and there was no sugar or stir sticks or spoons. Wanted to enjoy the hot tub before massage and it was like a barely warm bath plus the jets were spraying up at your face so you couldn’t sit without getting water in the face. Two lockers didn’t work. The massage staff was friendly but it was definitely fluff and buff- not much pressure so that was a disappointment. The main restaurant was fully booked and only time we could eat at the casual bar was 9 pm- so we had no dinner. Spa suite was spacious and well designed but the lights didn’t work and the hairdryer back piece kept falling off. Not impressed."

"My husband and I stayed at Felbridge to celebrate our anniversary and visit Tulley's Farm Tulip Fest. We were upgraded and welcomed with prosecco and chocolates. The staff were very warm and friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The room was very spacious with a lovely ensuite including a huge bath tub. It also had a private balcony looking onto the courtyard. After a long day of walking around Standon House and Gardens, we really welcomed the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Towels, bathrobes and flip flops were provided. It wasn't crowded at all. The breakfast was delicious. Everything you could possibly want. Thank you to all the staff at Felbridge for such a memorable stay. We'll be back!"

"Room was clean but very tired as was the building in general . Breakfast was plenty but cooked breakfast was not fresh as in sausages were hard to cut and bacon crispy and dry . Have stayed there many times in the past, it’s a lovely building in style but unfortunately hasn’t been lovingly cared for by Greene King brewery. Shower was hot and quite powerful but no shower/bath mat available was a case of do I break anything on my body trying to climb out of bath as so slippery "

"Lindsey and Richard run a wonderful B&B with a cooked to order breakfast with farm fresh eggs. The rooms are spotless and well taken care of during the stay by Lindsey. The area is quiet at night for a good sleep, the yard and gardens lovely, and an excellent pub close by. We really hope to be back one day."

"Fabulous place. Rooms gorgeous, staff lovely, very welcoming. Pub lovely with a great view, loads of parking, shower great. Only a few rooms so no noise. We had an early flight from Gatwick which was 12 minutes to our long stay car park. Sorry - but have to say - bad form about food. Called up twice and the company have AI answering calls. Asked what time food ends - twice it said 10pm. Had been in work since 6am to get early dart, was absolutely starving. Food ended at 8. Everything else wonderful but sort that out. Either put food times on website or switch off your AI. Will be back at totally worth it for the price. *****"
