"I recently checked in, and unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room was not cooling properly. The situation became even worse on the second night when the unit stopped cooling altogether. What was most disappointing was that the room did not even have a fan to help alleviate the situation. When I requested to change rooms, I was told that the hotel was completely booked. "Overall we had a great relaxing vacation. The beach: very nice but some rocks we recommend wearing water shoes or go to the beach by the club side. Take a tour/ferry to St. John beaches in particular trunk bay . You won’t be sorry but bring snacks. The restaurants: we loved the Italian restaurant inside the hotel. Delicious food. I wish it was open for lunch as well. The rooms: little old need upgrades. Not sure how the club side rooms are but they look like they are better. Customer service:...
