"Was lied to about the rate. When I made to reservation the rate was $179. When I checked out it was $196 and did not have incidentals. Questioned the representative and she had no idea how to correct and absolutely did not care to correct. Furthermore she informed me I would need to obtain my receipt from Experian. After I challenged her she mysteriously emailed the receipt. Stayed at this property 3 or 4 weeks ago with absolutely no problems. My daughter moved to the area 6 months ago and...

"The hotel seemed relatively new. It was a tiny bit out from the main city, but still right off 40 & there were several eating choices. The reception area was nice; they had snacks, drinks, wine, & beer you could purchase. We did have to pay $5 per day to park, though. The room was very nice & roomy. They even had 2 COMPLEMENTARY waters, something that is very unusual. The breakfast was phenomenal! It was quite a large spread. We travel up this way quite often, so I decided we will stay here...

"Less grand than the photos make it look. Comfortable beds but not the cleanest room/bathroom. Only ever saw staff one time and the drink machines were out of water. Fine for the price."
