"1) Checkin details were not provided - I had to contact Hotels.com and wait ±1hr outside in the windy street to get these. Checkin was 4pm but I couldnt get in until 90 mins later. 2) Once inside the building; Entrance hall filthy with full black bags in corner, wall staining, filthy carpets, laundry cages strewn. No-one around at all, felt very unsafe. 3) Once inside the flat, it felt like someone had just left in a rush, but I couldnt be sure until I had gone through the apartment. Spooky....

"Property was okay, there was staining around shower basin seals and rust where the toilet brush etc had not been replaced in a LONG time. Glad I brought my own kitchen utensils with me as everything at the property was damaged. Couldn’t even leave a fresh dish sponge for a new stay so questioned how clean the place actually was. "From start to finish everything was just perfect! Directions to find the hut were clear and check in was easy, the hut was beautiful and had everything you need for a lovely little weekend away. The hot tub was amazing - sitting out under the stars enjoying a drink or two! We ordered more wood for the hot tub and it was dropped off to us in no time at all. We took a short drive to Belvoir castle for coffee & cake - a nice little place to have a look round if you fancy getting out and about....
