"The room was spotless, warm and spacious. We opted for Deluxe room which was situated in the annexed building on ground level. The staff were extremely welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful. Plenty of storage and coat/clothes hanging space. Being in a rural spot, we found it very peaceful. A large car park is sited just across the road, which links Perth and nearby Glenfarg. "Myself and my niece had a lovely stay. She is Celiac and can not eat Gluten, the staff were so accommodating and helpful from the nighttime menu to breakfast too. The chef cooked a breakfast especially for her. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely, two queen beds, tv, tea/coffee making facilities and a spacious shower room and toilet.
