"Le rapport qualité-prix n’y est pas. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé (au bord du lac), la chambre était spacieuse avec une excellente literie mais la salle de bain était vieillotte et les terrasses mal entretenues. Il faut payer de nombreux suppléments alors que le prix de base est déjà élevé (lit bébé, parking, eau dans la chambre,…). Le restaurant de l’hôtel n’est pas bon et le petit déjeuné très décevant."

"Very nice hotel on the lake front, would recommend a room with a lake view. We enjoyed the breakfast and the food and wine in the restaurant were very good. The hotel was very clean and everyone was very friendly. Our only suggestion for improvement would be some better lighting in the room as it was very difficult to get ready to go out in evening."

"Hotel was great. Staff were so friendly and helpful for things to do in Lucerne. Breakfast was delicious and is a must if you are staying here. Restaurant and bar at night is also a really cool vibe with an open fire place."
