"If i could give 0 stars i would, the fire alarm went off every time you turned the light switch on and our friends in another rooms tv did not work. Pool and hot tub closed under construction. Hotel smelled and was unclean, there were only 2 oyher guests besides us and they went to complainright after arriving as well and got no help. Asked the front desk about their refund policy and she refused to tell us or help in any way. Ended up leaving within 10 minutes and gping to a different hotel. Went to the holiday inn across the street and they said they get multiple custkmers a day that come because they refuse to stay here. Want a refund but noone seems to care to help. DO NOT COME"

"Room was tiny, but just what we needed. The evening staff was great. She treated us like guests to her own home. The breakfast was really good with great selection. Everything clean and well organized. My only negative was the heater fan in the room. No matter how I tried to change the settings it kept going on and off about every six minutes and was very loud. I couldn't figure out a setting to keep it constant."

"Stayed 2 nights. Vending machine broken, breakfast area beverages locked up, really no where to get something to drink. No real orange juice at breakfast just crappy Tang. No cleaning service, our trash was overfilling. "
