"One of our most favorite hotels this trip. The staff was outstanding, and went above and beyond for us. The breakfast was perfect, and the location was excellent. Walking distance to everything and easy to cross the street for busses. The only thing I want to mention is the clock tower would ring every 15m and on the hour overnight so keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper. The hotel was great and provided umbrellas for the rain and noise cancelling earphones as well. I would stay here...

"The room was spotless! The front desk team was outstanding each interaction friendly, knowledgeable and participants in making the stay excellent. The location is just wonderful in old town — and also the morning breakfast staff was superb — I am guilty of not remembering the name of one young man who helped me each morning, but at the time the only young man working deserves a special shout out for his hospitality! Look forward to returning !"

Wasn’t sure if it was a Swiss thing or not but we’d asked for a double (we are married) and we were given two single beds pushed together. So if you want to come for a romantic getaway… perhaps contact the property first and check. Also there is a tax of 7 Francs each per person per night which is not included when you book. Also, there is a 100 Franc...
