"From the moment of arrival the staff was very attentive. The pre-set up wood in the large fire pit, and the assistance ferrying our luggage and food items into the house was unexpected, and so helpful. It was so fun for the kids (and adults) to get to be up close and personal with the resident horses, and pigs. We all fell in love w one calico piggie who hung out on the back porch during our stay. The kids enjoyed kayaking, and fishing for the first time. The only drawback was the difficult to slide doors that led out to the back patio. One other suggestion would be to have a few child sized PFDs on had for the kids who like to kayak. Thanks, Rancho El Charco for a wonderful stay!"
