"when we first arrived, after check in time, our room wasn't cleaned. Once inside our new room, the towels were dirty and there were only 2 towels, we had 3 people. Didn't even bother with the breakfast."

The towel holder has been ripped off the wall. The toilet paper holder didn’t even have a roller holder. Hotels.com should be embarrassed to have this hotel listed and I can’t believe they have any stars much less what is listed. I will not use Hotels.com again to book rooms if this is the type of hotels they provide. "

Charged $500 per room each night, over priced. "
