"We stayed in the family room with three beds. While the room wasnāt bad, the bathroom was not clean when we checked in. There were shaving hairs on the tiles in the room by the sinkā¦
The most important issue was that the overhead shower nozzle holder was missing and the shower itself didnāt close properly. These made taking a proper shower impossible.
The room was not made up at all during a three night stay, nor was there any mention of whether it would be or not. No garbage removal. There...
