"Great location, very accessible. Toilettries were provided. Rooms remind more jail cells, no windows, no solid ceiling, no AC, fan only. I was able to see the light through the mesh board on my ceiling and I heard very clearly staff talking at the reception. Other than small room size condition of the bathroom is not the best. "Great place to stay. We were able to check in early and got to check in late too. Just what we needed; a place to sleep at night that is safe. Our room had no window and was a basic bunk but that’s what we paid for and it was perfect. Staff lovely and very helpful and caring!! Chinatown was great location too. Loved our stay in NYC!!!"
