"The hotel is in a great location, in walking distance to the historic Beale Street, Fed Ex Forum, the Civil Rights Museum, Blues Hall of Fame, and the Riverwalk just to name a few attractions. The decor has an industrial vibe and there's a huge game/lounge area on the first floor. There's also a rooftop bar and pool that we didn't get to use. Staff was very friendly and our room was updated and clean. "

"This hotel was excellent! Every staff person was friendly and helpful. They took good care of us! This is a good place to stay if you are going to the ORPHEUM, FedEx arena and downtown. The hotel itself was unique with loft style rooms. The rooms are quiet and we got good sleep here. We highly recommend this hotel"

"We enjoyed staying at the Peabody. The room, while small, was comfortable. The onsite restaurants had good variety, the food was delicious and the customer service was great. The nightly duck march was fun (Kenan was a wonderful MC) and access to the roof top for a city view was a bonus."

"It was great until I woke up at 4 am with the room smelling like marijuana .. I got up and opened the door and the hallway wreaked of marijuana… couldn’t go back to sleep .. I told the desk about the situation when I checked out .. gentleman in front of me also complain about the smell ..… I would like a complete refund because of this situation "

"Clean room, garage parking, good location, 12 min walk to Beale/arena. No problems at all. Your room has EVERYTHING you need. Definitely is my go to when I stay in Memphis again and it’s safe and quiet around there as well. Too quiet(in a good way)"
