"Excellent room very happy, room service everyday fantastic staff"

"Nice hotel. Room was large and comfortable bed, but a bit dated. We got there a bit late 945pm, and the kitchen was closed with no room service available. They helped us order pizza delivery for dinner The in door pool was great, as was the spa. Nice outdoor pools as well but not heated. Breakfast was good"

"We enjoyed Donna Carmela so much we extended our stay by 2 days. All staff were gracious and helpful. We loved the sumptuous breakfast, gourmet restaurant for dinner, as well as the lounge and pool bars. After a day of sightseeing around Mt Etna and Taormina, we came back to the oasis of this lovely resort."

Speaking of breakfast, the offerings were extensive and included some preserves made by the kitchen. The plantings were lovely. There were some interesting antique furnishings and decorations, including a massive wine press (or maybe olive press?) in the breakfast room. Some of the room...

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel in Vineyard. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The atmosphere was warm and family-oriented, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. It’s a great place for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!"

"Beautiful location of the hotel and delicious local food ♥️"

"Receptionists and drivers (especially Ali) were very helpful and accommodating. We had a fantastic time here. Hotel food was amazing and the pool was nice and well maintained. Hard to get to supermarkets and convenience stores by foot, requires transport to get everywhere. Transfers were a little expensive, but readily available via the hotel"

"An amazing cute little quiet area with amazing food"

"Lovely property. Good breakfast. Clean pool. Great service. I wish I had been able to stay longer. I will definitely be returning."

"Very spacious rooms and friendly staff."

"The staff were very helpful and the food was good."

"We stayed here for 3 nights. It was a great place and the staff were fabulous. There were many great places to eat and see. It was only a 30 minute drive up to Mount Etna."

"Excellent spa, amazing view of mount etna, wish we could have stayed longer."

"Clean place, Staff is fantastic!. I would have loved to have an omelette at the breakfast buffet but overall a great experience ❤️"

"We had the best dinner of our whole trip at the borgo, and for a very reasonable price! But an important negative point of the accomodation is that it is right next to the highway between Catania and Messina, with traffic noise day and night."
