"Very helpful clerk at 11:00 pm We had reservations for a king room. Itc wasn’t available when we got there. Grrr She found us a room but it was 2 queen. Grr. Why was our room not waiting for us"

"The staff was friendly & helpful. They are renovating & common areas are awful. The guest laundry was straight up disgusting both dirty & a bad odor. I found the bed comfortable & the accessory furniture appeared new. Towels also should be used as rags as most had stains. Would like to try again ..."
