The fee does not include the entire apartment and I had to pay more for access to the other rooms which was an issue especially as there isn't such option or statement when you book. Hopefully, they will resolve that. Although I had to pay more than expected and what was advertised, they dealt with the issue promptly and professionally and I would highly recommend this apartment to others. Sehr störend war, dass an zwei Tagen am Grundstück Grundwasserbohrungen vorgenommen wurden, die eine Unterhaltung unmöglich machten. Es wackelte das ganze Gebäude. Hier gab es weder ein Wort der Erläuterung, geschweige denn eine Entschuldigung. Wir mussten das Haus verlassen um dem Krach zu entfliehen. Schade...
