"Nous devions passer trois nuits dans cet hôtel, mais après ce qu’il s’est passé, nous ne sommes finalement restés que deux nuits.
Le matin, alors que nous étions dans notre chambre, le personnel est venu et a ouvert la porte directement sans notre autorisation et sans attendre notre accord. Nous avons trouvé cela totalement irrespectueux et inacceptable. Nous avons eu l’impression que notre intimité n’était absolument pas respectée.
Nous leur avions simplement demandé de repasser plus tard,...
