Es ist okay für die Durchreise. Das Essen war sehr gut, die Zimmer sind schön. Aber mehr Achtsamkeit und Aufmerksamkeit wäre schön gewesen. Ich hatte kein Messer zum Fleisch. Niemand hat nachgefragt, ob ich noch ein Getränk oder Kaffee möchte. Der Pool ist sehr klein. Wellnessanwendungen habe ich dann nicht mehr ausprobiert. Richtigen Wellnessurlaub würde ich woanders buchen.

Completo di tutto e molto buono

Siamo stati due gg e abbiamo trovato tutto come era stato già indicato quindi cortesia, disponibilità, pulizia, servizi. Se proprio devo dire qualcosa mi aspettavo un ambiente un po' più caldo e ospitale nonostante la gentilezza di tutto lo staff. Un po' freddino per il resto direi che porta bene le 4 stelle. Se cerchi però un albergo caratteristico di montagna non fa per te.

Hotel molto carino in località da sogno

Trascorso giorni in vacanza godendo della ottima location. Possibile raggiungere il centro di comando in due minuti ed altre bellissime località in brevissimo tempo. Consigliato anche il ristorante interno di ottima qualità

Hotel 4 incubi .. veramete tutto ridicolo ..

è stato tutto preso ridendo RICORDO CHE HO PRENOTATO un 4 STELLE su internet..!!...niente aria condizionata ... frigo in camera vuoto , nessuna carta dei servizi in camera, e quindi impossibile comunicare con centralino o altri servizi, letto matrimoniale, allestito con due materassi uniti e nessun divano letto come indicato nella prenotazione, ... camera veramente minimale, nella prenotazione era indicata vista montagne.. un cavolo la vista era sui bidoni della spazzatura ed una folto bosco di alberi incolti... chiesto indicazioni al direttore dell'Hotel, ci ha inviato al titolare,indicandoci che per l'aria condizionata non era presente nell'ala dove erano le ns camere..ma chiesto ad altri ospiti, anche da loro non c'era e morivano dal caldo.. giustificazione del titolare, la sera è fresco..! ed io durante il giorno cosa dovevo fare crepare dal caldo in un hotel 4 stelle..? per non parlare della colazione... mi siedo ad un tavolo con mia moglie, arriva la solerte cameriera di sala, che prima mi chiede in numero della camera, ed io rispondo 314..!! e lei mi invita ad alzarmi perchè quel tavolo era con altro numero... chiedo quale sarebbe il mio.. e non lo trova..come devo fare per chiedere rimborso ?
