Very smiley crew, good vibes!

Nice location, with sauna and and a lunch/dinner restaurant «on the water». Small portions snd a bli slow service, but happy and smiling crew made up for that!

Reception staff and Hotel are nice. Had a beautiful sea view. Bonfires night, the nightclub continued until midnight which kept my child awake. Had an awkward moment with Emilie Ornqvist at breakfast where she refused to allow the Chef to make an omelette - we had one for the last 5 days. We even offered to pay for this but she refused - poor customer service from this individual and was quite rude. A good Hotel let down by an individual.

Great setting in front of the water, with easy access into and out of Tjörn. Great spa with sauna on the waterfront where you can go for a dip in the sea directly outside of the sauna. Hotel seemed understaffed and relied on quite junior members of staff. Hard surfaces in our 2 rooms were dusty at check-in. Children are only allowed in the pool between 7:30 and 9 am (pretty much same time as breakfast) and even then, we were turned away when suddenly a water aerobic class was scheduled in the middle of this slot.

I thought i just needed a place to sleep for the night. It turns out what i REALLY needed was a night at the spa. Everything was incredibly quiet and comfortable. Angelina was behind the counter and made everything flow seamlessly. She really went the extra mile to ensure i had a wonderful visit. I truly cannot say enough about this place and the place i found here. I will make it a part of all future travel plans to the area because it was such a positive experience. THANK YOU to all that made my stay so incredible!!

Very nice Hotel directly at the waterfront of a beautiful swedish island. The next town is just across robs bridge, easily accessible. Beautiful sea view from the room. Nice and well equipped gym.

A beautiful forest (Södra Stenungsön) and peaceful beach (Hawaii badplats) near by the hotel. Everything else (shopping, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, etc) is on the other side of the bridge, but still on reasonable walking distance.

Humans striving for perfection in Sweden!

Was part of a wedding party, however, we were never all together. Came and went as regular tourists. It was a stunning setting, breakfast was top rate!! Couldn’t get better! Very nice staff who were so eager to please. Worked hard at keeping place immaculate.

OUTDATED! Don’t let the nice pictures fool you

The name of the hotel and the pictures of nice rooms tricks you thinking this is a nice resort. Well it’s not! The rooms are filthy, outdated and the bathrooms and hallways reminds a lot of a institution.. When we first checked in we had to drag our luggage up and down through stairs and corridors, only to find that our room hadn’t been cleaned. We then had to return to the reception again with all our luggage, and then Que up for half an hour! After finally getting a new room we noticed that the bedsheets and pillows were full of hair and stains. We had also been “downgraded” to a room with a view of the parking lot. We returned to the reception to see that there now was at least a one hour Que so we gave up. Our friends that also stayed at the hotel (5 rooms in total), all said that their rooms were dirty but didn’t bother to complain as the reception Que was insane and we had a concert to go to… The lunch restaurant basically only served seafood, and none were especially impressed about the food. Prices were okay, but that’s about it. To sum up this review: the spa facilities were nice, but the rest of the hotel and rooms were super outdated and in need of renovation and cleaning. This is the furthest away from a Yacht Club as you can come, and I’d highly recommend anyone to save their money and stay somewhere else, cause it’s definitely not worth the steep price! If it wasn’t for the friendly staff I think this hotel would done a long time ago
