"The Imperial Hotel is a lovely place to stay in Tenby. The location is excellent, the staff are welcoming and helpful and the hotel has a warm and comfortable atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the kindness and professionalism shown by management and staff during my stay. Any issue I had was dealt with thoughtfully and efficiently, which made a real difference. I would happily stay here again and would recommend the Imperial to anyone wanting a memorable stay with exceptional hospitality in one of Tenby's most beautifully situated hotels. A. Taggart :)"

"Staff throughout our stay were extremely helpful & friendly. The was ideal, clean , comfortable with an excellent power shower. Breakfast was excellent, a superb buffet with a range of fruit , cereals etc & an excellent cook to order hot selection. The bar serves an excellent cheese board and well worth the money. Overall a great place to stay."

"The hotel is well maintained and presented. It feels recently refurbed. The room was good and the bed was super comfy! We had a rear facing room and it was very peaceful. The staff were bright and cheerful from the moment they met us to the moment we departed - that’s all staff, by the way, that we met. The entrance to the car park is tight but fine if you go slow and reverse a little to square up for the drive in. Excellent shopping / anmenities in town too. Overall, a very pleasant place for us to stay while visiting family locally. Will use again!"

"I stayed with my two young sons and it was a pleasure. The staff extremely accomodating and helpful. The room was clean, the breakfast was fresh and the gentleman serving us made sure myself and the boys had everything we needed. Would recommend staying"
