"Tv did not work air conditioner was noisy and didn’t work very good"

"Unit is old and there were roaches in the room. Bedsheet were old and felt damp or maybe it's the humidity, i don't know. Pillows were old as well. Toilet flush was coming off, had to insert it back in to be able to flush it. Towels didn't feel clean as well."

"Me and my son stayed overnight on 6/13/26 for a baseball tournament. It was a great room at a fantastic price. I couldn’t get my tv to work, and two employees came right away to fix it. One of them made it back to my room from the office to help before I did! It has recently been remodeled and had everything we needed for a short overnight stay. Almost everything in the room was brand new! All of the staff was very kind and helpful. Don’t skip over this hotel if you’re looking in Graham."

"The room was fantastic! The bathroom shower was especially nice and beautiful. Ease of checkin was really good with an assigned code for opening the door lock. It is located next door to a fabulous steak house where we enjoyed dinner. We are definitely staying again."

"My first impression was, neat and unpretentious. Then I lay down. Bed & pillows were rock hard. I needed to do some work with my computer -- desk but no plug to recharge & only light was from behind. TV with list of channels but remote wouldn't access them. The coffee makers cord was too short to reach the outlet! And clean -- maybe not, considering huge accumulation of dead bugs in overhead light. Also, extremely weak water pressure in shower. Never again!"
