"I arrived to the property and the outside of the building leaves much to be desired. Then I step into the lobby where I’m greeted with a kiosk of someone from another country video calling in to check me into the hotel, which was annoying because their accent was hard to understand. Then I get in the room and the floor is covered in water as there is a leak from both the fridge and AC unit. I grabbed the room phone to call and complain and it also didn’t work at all. "Very convenient to town & the lake. Pool was newly refinished and really nice!"

"My reservation was for 3 people. We had towel for 2. Had to ask for more towels. Did received the towel. The next day again the cleaning staff left towels for 2 people. AGAIN HAD TO ASK FOR MORE TOWELS. The chair in the room had a broken leg. the Desk table was wobbly. The lamp shade had months of dust on them. The bedding was clean."

"No staff available. Had to call and wait for them to check in. We entered our room for about 5 minutes then never returned. The room was filthy. Bathroom was filthy with bug in tub. Holes in bathroom door. Beds were dirty with balled up hair on sheets. "
