"Our room was at the end of the 2nd floor. We checked in around 7pm and were surprised to find piles of dirty linen outside 2 doors near our room. Our room was very clean so we wondered if something happened to the person who was responsible to clean the rooms. The night clerk said that he found the maid's cleaning cart left in the middle of the hall of the first floor and he also wondered what happened. Since we arrived at 7pm and had taken a shuttle from the airport we were hoping the hotel had a restaurant where we could enjoy a dinner. We were given a list of restaurants, but we needed to have a car to get there. That was disappointing. Luckily we had some protein bars to eat! Same thing was true for breakfast. Our flight left at 5am. There was nothing at the hotel and nothing at the airport was open. So we had no dinner or breakfast until our plane landed in Chicago and luckily our layover was long enough we had time to eat."

"Property was great. Room was gorgeous. But.... In the morning, when I sat down at the desk to plan out my day's routing, I discovered that NONE of the electronics (lamp, sconce, or chargers) were working. Everything was plugged in. No one checks that the electronics are in working order ?"
