"my room had black mold on the walls and ceiling of the bathroom... I made the front desk take care of it which they did. However my wife is extremely allergic to mold so let's pray there are any issues stemming from this. Smoke alarm in room no batteries and hanging from wires in the ceiling above ..."

"Got a room for four people and there were only two towels in the room. Was told to use the room towels for the pool and they might be able to give me a couple more. The bathroom door was too big for the frame so it didn’t close at all. The toilet was clogged from who ever stayed there previously. ..."
