Older place, bed not great, pillows sucked. The guy at the front desk, Dennis I believe, amazing. Had to switch rooms because the AC wasn’t working and he got us moved no issue. .

Hotel was dirty and needing repairs. The outside of the hotel was cause for alarm when we pulled in and noticed water/rust marks down the side of the hotel. The inside wasn't much better. Staff was very friendly, but the hotel itself needs a facelift. The room was ok, the bathroom was dingy with hair on the shower wall, a running shower head, ventilation system that did nothing to remove moisture, and a towel rack that shifted when touching it. The walls and grout were aged and gave a dirty feel. I would not recommend, nor will I revisit.

Wore out hotel. Showing a lot of wear and age. Toilet leaked all over the floor, an old napkin shoved under the dresser, TV broken, massive bright light shining into the window all night.

Overall was a good stay,however the bed was very uncomfortable and in need of being replaced and I had to go to the front desk everyday to have my room key reprogrammed after going to my room and not being able to get it because they didnt program it for my entire stay. The only other thing was housekeeping was very noisy and hitting the hall walls with their carts.

The indoor swimming pool was out of order. That was one of the main reasons why I booked at this hotel over other hotels. The hotel room had a dog urine odor that was noticeable when the air conditioner was running.

I guess for a Fairfield Marriott, I expected much more. The rooms are very small and the furniture is too big for that space. The dresser drawers would never stay closed, which was very annoying, so that tells me something isn't level. That happened in both of the rooms we tried (on the 3rd & 2nd floor). Bedding needs to be updated, as it is old and not crisp and fresh. My bed had crumbs in it from the start. The other bed had hair on the sheets. Gross! I had to ask for new towels each day, as our room was never cleaned over the 3 days. Bathroom needs a makeover. The tub didn't drain well, so obviously, there's an issue. I guess the good thing is, we slept well surprisingly. The AC worked well and the room was quiet. The staff was always nice and welcoming. We never tried the breakfast or coffee. Not sure I would stay again, maybe if I didn't have any other choice.

Well I thought it was okay until I was charged over $250 for smoking outside with a cigarette stand right beside me. It makes completely no sense. They also charged me $20 a night for an incidental fee and kept it. It was crap from the get go .

There were no towels in the bathroom. No soap in the dispensers. Black in color mold on the bathroom ceiling.The hotel was excessively noisy. Continuous smell of marijuana throughout the hotel (even though signs are posted of no smoking). After having stayed in several Fairfield hotels, this was the worst.
