The Staff and dining were excellent. Place was spotless, only downside that the decor/finish was a bit tired. Really quiet area with great views.

Hotel in a good location with great service

Hotel in a good location to explore Oban. Free parking on the street near the hotel after 6pm( until 9am). Great customer service from the staff. All the restaurants were fully booked up the night we stayed here so the staff offered us the opportunity to sit in the bar and order a take away which was very kind of them. They provided glasses and cutlery for us. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staircase to some of the rooms is steep and winding so may not be suitable for everyone. There was a small breakfast package outside our door in the morning ( fruit , yoghurt, breakfast bar and juice ) and tea/ coffee making facilities in the room.
