"Excelente ubicación me encantó!!!! pero faltan cosas esenciales q se le brindan a los huéspedes no hay jabonera para colocar el jabón no hay clinex no hay plancha d ropa no dejan ni siquiera agua para tomar y el desayuno nada d variado todos los días lo mismo. "
"A nice hotel with great location of Lastarria neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. Relatively safe area to be at because there’s plenty of security walking around for everyone safety. Lots of great small vendors at night across the hotel. Do be prepared to pay tourists prices in the area. I would gladly go back to this hotel again. "

"Great location, but with that comes some noise... the kitchen is the best we found in our long trip. There is even olive oil and a knife sharpner. Im impressed.

"Das Hotel ist gut und hat meine Erwartungen erfüllt. In der Nähe ist der Stadtteil Lastarria, wo es einige gute Restaurants gibt. Die Angestellten des Hotels sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend für einen angenehmen Start in den Tag.
Das Zimmer entspricht der Beschreibung und ist von der Größe ausreichend.
Insgesamt habe ich mich in dem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. "

"Nós adoramos a estadia no apartamento! Exatamente como mostrava nas fotos, muito bem cuidado, decorado e equipado! E com acesso fácil a tudo. Portaria 24 horas, atendimento atencioso por parte do proprietário. Nota 10 em tudo! "
"We had a wonderful stay! Great location as well as its on a street where you can just walk straight down for as little as 15 to 20 minutes and get to some great restaurants and sights! We hope to stay here again one day!"

"Como reservei o hotel pelo aplicativo, tivemos desconto nas diárias, as recepcionistas não estavam entendendo isso gerando um grande desgaste no momento do check in.
No momento da reserva visualizei que o pagamento deveria ser em dólar e poderia ser em cartão, só não foi especificado que deveria ser em cartão de crédito, como foi exigido no hotel, tive que ir em uma casa de câmbio para sacar o dinheiro em espécie, gerando mais desgastes.
Seria muito importante que tudo estivesse explicadinho...

"Très satisfait dans un hôtel très bien placé (10 minutes à pied du centre ville). Petit déjeuner varié et copieux, restauration très bonne qualité. Personnel très accueillant et serviable.

"Tudo foi excelente , quarto bastante confortável, cama grande , frigobar no quarto e outras comodidades pra quem quer preparar comida . A única coisa que não gostei foram as toalhas pq tinham aspecto de sujas, mal lavadas , não eram mais brancas. O banheiro tb é muito bom."
